Using our program, students have shown profound increases in their
overall behaviors - as well as a subsequent lessoning of the drop out
rate. On the academic side, schools using our program have shown
remarkable increases in API as well.
So both sides of the coin prove out.
What needs to be noted mostly though are the changes caused
within the grown-ups. Their perspective is changed as profoundly as
the students...
You cannot exist within the environment that is created by our
program and not excel - continuously maximizing potential. This in
turn affects the students in a myriad of ways, through interpersonal
communications, added mentorships, clubs that cause "belonging"
for the students, and so on, with too many bonus issues to mention.
One cannot be confronted by huge visual cues that state "I Am Who I
Choose To Be," and not make the choice to either dial in, or take a
hard look at what they are doing within their area of expertise.
The other components of our program are just as essential to this.
At our pilot school, the Administration and Staff are at maximum
impact - something they chose to pursue after finding their true
motivations for school wide success. This program creates an
internal dialogue for maximizing potential, or, "self-actualization."
